Copyright (as I understand it)

the copyright of the lace design belongs to the designer
the copyright of the lace made from the design belongs to the person who made the lace
the copyright of the photo/scan of the lace belongs to the person who took the photo/scan
I do NOT own the copyright to any of the above even though it is shown on my website
You cannot use any of the images from this site without asking permission from the copyright owner/s

I am not a copyright lawyer, but the way I understand copyright in Australia is as follows

Copyright belongs to the maker at time of making and until 75 years after their death, unless they sign the copyright to another person, then it begins again.

I designed the layout of this site, therefore the design of this site is my copyright.
The bauble image was sourced from the internet as a free wallpaper image and adjusted by me, I do not own the copyright on the original image, only on the amended one.
