The lace is "Rote Gloeckchen" 2 and 3, from Brigitte Bellon's Schneeberger Kloeppelmotive - the pattern was reduced to 85% and worked in DMC Cordonnet 80.

The pattern is from an issue of The (English) Lace Guild. Sorry I misplaced the piece of paper with the exact issue number! Pattern is Christmas Motif by Ruth Walker. I decreased the size to 74% and used Mettler 50/2 #546 (green) and Mettler 50/3 #600 red cotton thread and some little gold beads. As I was unable to find a ring the correct size I used size 22 gold wire, a small drinking glass and my sister's wire jig to make one.
